 By purchasing and downloading digital files from Vectorport Limited Company, You agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. Limited Physical Sales: Licensor grants You a non-exclusive, limited license to produce and sell up to 50 physical units of the digital product. Any additional physical sales beyond this limit require the purchase of an additional license.

2. Commercial Use: You may use the digital files for commercial purposes limited to small businesses, family-owned enterprises, and home-based production only.

3. Redistribution Prohibited: You may not redistribute, share, or resell the digital files, in whole or in part, in their original or modified form, digitally or physically, on any platform or marketplace. Doing so will result in legal action. If You have obtained our products from a different site, please notify us immediately.

4. No Derivative Works: You may not create derivative works based on the digital files for the purpose of resale or distribution.

5. Image and Video Usage: Use of product images and videos owned by Vectorport Limited Company for any purpose is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized usage will result in immediate action without prior warning.

6. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the digital files and to indemnify and hold harmless Vectorport Limited Company against any claims resulting from Your breach of this Agreement.

7. Attribution: While attribution is not mandatory for small commercial use, if you choose to include it, you can use the following example: "Designed by Vectorport.”

8. Enforcement: Licensee agrees that Vectorport Limited Company reserves the right to monitor the use of its products. Any unauthorized use of our product images or videos on any website or platform will result in immediate notification and may lead to further legal action without prior warning.
